Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP)

Originating in the Hawaiian Islands, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) combines surfing with kayaking or canoeing - and can be done almost anywhere there's water. This popular sport is easy to learn and a great way to get out on The Lake of the Woods.
